Our Grease Guzzle Automatic Grease Traps, sometimes called grease recovery units (GRU) are extremely easy to use and maintain, as the system is the UK's top self-maintaining automatic separator it remains clean and odourless without virtually zero additional cleaning required. The system is automatic, which means automatic grease and FOG removal, ensuring a long life for the system. This range of grease traps have been developed to significantly improve the performance of domestic, commercial and industrial drainage systems by minimising the problems caused by the unwanted accumulation of fats, oils and grease (FOG). They are made from environment friendly HDPE Recycled Plastic and are designed and manufactured in the UK. Constructed to commercial standards they comply with BS EN 1825-1:2004 and they designed in accordance with BS EN 1825-2:2002. They effectively filter out solid organic waste before it enters the drainage system, minimising its impact on drains, pipes and wastewater discharge quality.
