Empire-Branded Products
To ensure your Empire-branded products arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by 3pm on the 20th of December for guaranteed delivery before the 25th. Orders placed on the 23rd of December will require an upgraded delivery charge, but even then, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed. Any orders placed on or between 24th December and 1st January will be dispatched on 2nd January. Please note, these delivery terms apply exclusively to Empire-branded products. Plan ahead to avoid disappointment!
Supplier Drop-Shipped Items
For supplier drop-shipped items, delivery will follow the specific instructions outlined on each product page. If you need your order delivered before Christmas, we recommend contacting our customer service team on 0151 601 6220 to confirm availability and delivery times. This will ensure you have the most accurate information to plan your purchase.
